- During the Women's Day, the 3rd of November in this region of the world, my lecture on "Diversity & Inclusion to innovate: transforming wishful thinking into practice 'introduced another glance at diversity initiatives and has aroused great interest among policy makers in organizations and international institutions present.
- During the Congress on November 4, my presentation 'Technologies to build a sustainable and smart future, a new paradigm' was an opportunity to challenge the audience on the importance of the gender dimension in technology and its impact in engineering.

A highlight of the year was the Women's Forum @ Deauville, October 16, 2014 with the inspiring stories of three women leaders in the industry, the impact of diversity on the ability to innovate and the presentation of the study 'Women & Innovation, what performance for businesses ', which I co-directed and performed for and with' Women in Engineering Network 'with the support and the active contribution of Safran and Altran;
In afternoon dense in interventions and discussions on group work practices; beyond the intercultural, the multi-disciplinarity, and the inter-generationality, Marie-Hélène challenged the 70 representatives of schools on the gender issue underlying the work groups and the need for future engineers and managers to acquire the skill set to manage the process of ' social control 'of a work group.
In the parallel session organized by EUWIIN and EPWS on the 11th of march, we illustrated concretely: "Innovation is not only about turning new ideas in new products and new services. It is above all improving the quality of life for all." based on our contribution to Gendered Innovations, European FP7 project with Stanford University.
The gender dimension can be quoted whenever it comes to Smart cities, Safe cities, Mobility, Transportation!
This seminar organized by EC-COST GenderSTE, is a fine demonstration of initiatives and work undertaken in the world!

Substitute member of the Host Committee on behalf of Women Engineers, the only network of French women the most represented, Marie-Hélène was force proposal to promote intra-entrepreneurs in the technology sector and for the identification of keynote speakers including Eva Kail for the City of Vienna (AU), known for its determination and success to mainstream gender in the management and urbanization of the city.
An amazing and exploding conference, of a different kind! The speaker-es European and workshops gave a very wide opening on product innovation, marketing, services and sales, research.
A great demonstration of the potential business to consider the purchasing power and expectations of women.
